Thanks for taking us through the entire journey from Kathmandu to Tibet/China and while in Kailash. It was an unforgettable experience for me. You were truly inspiring in so many ways. It was heartwarming to see you selflessly pursuing so many initiatives for those in need and the society at large at such a young age. My heartfelt wishes to you to continue your selfless contribution to the collective. I hope more such great things comes your way.
I did the Annapurna Circuit and Base camp with Tashi and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had, and definitely the time in Nepal. Tashi was a fantastic guide - professional, helpful, and has a great sense of humour. He has a wealth of know local areas and made sure I experienced some real Nepali life, not just the tourist stuff. I would recommend Tashi for anyone doing a trek in Nepal.
Anyone got the cojones to leave their dull little tread-mill lives for a few weeks and get out there and see the world ? …. if so, then go to Nepal and climb a few *proper* mountains… and these guys are the best Don’t worry – when you get back everyone will still be miserable, your employer will have got by just fine without you, the weather will still be shit, you’ll still be facing a broke old age in cold damp broke country dominated by a media obsessed with Jimmy Savile. But you’ll never forget the spectacular things you’ll see and do out there – and you’ll never be quite the same again (in a positive way!).
