Simply put, we do not use artificial colours, flavours, GMO’s or processed sugars in our foods!.. No bad stuff!..nuh! We are mindful of how to source and prepare our foods to give maximum nutrient and taste benefits.

Our Food
We always aim to use the freshest & healthiest ingredients available. Where we can we source Locally Grown, Organic, Sustainable ingredients.
Our baker makes fresh baked bread and a delectable range of sweet & savoury muffins, tarts, pies & cakes with Paleo & alternate grain options. The morning bakery waft will lead you to us.
Early Birds
We open at 6am to cater for the busy train commuters. We are ready and equipped to get a delicious coffee in hand or a healthy smoothie or fresh juice, a fresh baked breakfast pastry or warm savoury roll….so many options before embarking on your journey.
Quick Grab
We understand how busy you are…and you may have a train to catch…We have designed a range of quick grab options for workers and commuters to maximise on health and minimise the wait. At any time of the day there will be healthy breakfast & lunch options available so you can eat well on the run.
Our menus are versatile, catering for all types. We know about gluten free, dairy-free, paleo, vegetarian, vegan options. We constantly rotate our menu to give you a variety and cater for everyone, we aim to work with produce that is in season to maximise macrobiotic principles.
